Athlete registration

Athlete registration opens a Google Form. Google sign in is required to use the registration form and upload photos. The form may collect information provided by the athlete or submitting adult, including athlete details, media links and photos. Review the form before submitting. Google handles information entered through its service under its own policies.

What appears on profiles

Profiles may show an athlete’s name, submitted team, city, graduation year, positions, approved photo, Instagram account and highlight or source links. Personal email addresses, phone numbers and family contact details are not displayed on profile pages. Submitted information may be incomplete or reflect an earlier season.

Minors and photo permission

A parent or legal guardian must provide publication permission for athletes under 18. Published profiles are reviewed for permission by Field Qweens. Crediting an Instagram account or linking a public source does not establish permission to republish a photo. You can request a correction, photo removal or profile removal using the contact options below.

Events and correction messages

The event and correction tools create a message in your browser. They do not send it to Field Qweens or store it on this site. You decide whether to copy and send the message to QWEENOFSPORTS through Instagram. Do not include private athlete contact details or sensitive documents. Sending an event does not guarantee publication.

Saved events

Saved event identifiers are stored in this browser using local storage. They do not sync between devices. You can unsave an event or clear this site’s browser data to remove them. This site does not offer a visitor account or purchase checkout.

External services

Official event pages, recruiting questionnaires, Hudl, Instagram and Google Forms are separate services. Their own privacy settings and policies apply when you follow their links.

Updates and removal requests

Use the correction request tool to prepare a profile correction, photo removal or profile removal request, then send it to @QWEENOFSPORTS on Instagram. Identify the relevant page and your relationship to the athlete without sending sensitive proof through this tool. Any additional verification can be arranged through the contact channel.

Editorial sources

Ranking tables retain the source’s published order and season. Statistical leaders are not scouting grades or an overall athlete ranking. News and event pages show review dates where available; a review date does not change the original season or publication date.
