Put your next play in motion.
Build a short, useful introduction and ask the questions that help you compare programs.
Start with your fit
Use the directory to compare location, program status and the school’s academic offerings. A newly announced program may still be hiring staff or finalizing its first schedule. A program with a roster may still be evaluating future classes, but available places must be confirmed directly.
Have these details ready
- Your full name, graduation year, school or club team and city.
- Your primary and secondary positions and an accurate summary of your experience.
- A working highlight or full game film link. Identify your jersey number.
- Your academic interests and verified academic information you choose to share with the school.
- A clear way for the program to reply. For younger athletes, involve a parent or guardian.
Make the first message specific
Address the person listed for that program and explain why that school interests you. Keep your introduction brief and put the film link where it is easy to find. Use the school linked questionnaire when one is available. Field Qweens does not contact programs or submit questionnaires on an athlete’s behalf.
Ask before making plans
- Which graduation classes and positions are you evaluating?
- How do you evaluate athletes, and are there confirmed upcoming prospect days or tryouts?
- Is the program varsity or club, and when does its next competitive season start?
- What is the application process and what academic requirements apply?
- What financial support is actually available, what does it cover, and what would my total cost be?
- Are transfer, international or multiple sport athletes considered?
Keep your information accurate
Use dated statistics and identify the season, team and source. Do not describe a questionnaire submission as an offer or commitment. Scholarship availability, roster needs and recruiting rules vary; confirm school specific answers with the program and its admissions or compliance staff.
